During the #FASTAfrica Action week (May 1-7) groups across the continent are drawing attention to Internet rights and access issues.

Full speed ahead for #FASTAfrica on day six! Today’s events include a policy advocacy meeting in Zimbabwe by Center Stage Media Arts (CSMA), a one day conference with Centre for Youth Empowerment & Leadership (CYEL) in Kenya, and a workshop with Right2Know in South Africa. And this is in addition to already ongoing events in Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Botswana, Namibia, and Uganda.

We are thrilled to see so many photos from events on the #FASTAfrica hashtag and are planning for how we summarise results to everyone who participated in FASTAfrica, and to leaders at the World Economic Forum on Africa and the African Union. Our fight for FAST Internet for all of Africa continues beyond tomorrow, the final day of our action week.
