The next edition of our cookbook, Recipes for a Digital Revolution, will feature 10 inspiring campaigns for digital rights from Africa.

Anyone who helps us to identify a story for the new cookbook will be entered in a random drawing to win USD$100 mobile credit or gift certificate to an online store of choice.

We want to know about campaigns anywhere in Africa in the past two years that helped protect the digital rights of citizens (or the future of the Web in general) through innovative means. It can be small campaigns or big ones, in any language. Tell us what they tried to accomplish.

Submit as many entries as you like before October 28, 2015 November 30, 2015 to increase your chances of winning, using the contact form on this website:

An entry should consist of:

  • the name of the campaign
  • a short description
  • a link or hashtag with more info
  • your contact details

For reference, please see the recipes in the Latin America edition of the cookbook. That should give you an idea of what we are looking for.

Good luck!
